Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund Before Slot (At Least 12 Hours Prior): If you need to cancel your consultation appointment, you may request a 100% full refund provided the cancellation request is submitted at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

• Processing Window: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 5 to 7 business days.

• Post-Consultation (Non-Refundable): Once the consultation session has taken place (our doctor has called and conducted the clinical evaluation), the ₹500 fee is non-refundable as the professional time and clinical expertise of the physician have been rendered.

• Complimentary Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your scheduled call and notify us under 12 hour before the slot or miss the call, we provide a one-time free appointment reschedule to any mutually convenient available slot within the 7-day validity window.

• Non-Refundable Once Rescheduled: Appointments that have been rescheduled once become strictly non-refundable thereafter.

• Doctor / Clinic Delays: In the rare event of an unexpected clinical delay exceeding 90 minutes or cancellation initiated from our end, patients are immediately entitled to either a full refund or priority rescheduling at their discretion.
