• Processing Time: Prescriptions finalized after your tele-consultation are compounded and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Transit Time: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 3 to 5 business days. Non-metro and regional locations arrive within 4 to 7 business days.
2. International Worldwide Shipping
• Global Reach: We regularly ship worldwide to patients in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and other nations. Delivery eligibility depend upon destination country and thier custom norms. Please verify your country eligibility with our team.
• International Transit Time: Typically 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination customs clearance and local carrier networks (via DHL Express, FedEx, or EMS International).
3. Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once your package is dispatched, an automated notification containing your airway bill (AWB) number and direct courier tracking link is sent to your registered Phone/WhatsApp number and Email ID. You can easily track the real-time movement of your shipment until it is safely in your hands.
4. Undelivered or Returned Parcels
In case the recipient is unreachable during delivery attempts, our logistics coordination desk will reach out via WhatsApp/phone to arrange a re-delivery attempt at your preferred time.
