1. Eligibility & User Representations

You must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment, purchase products, or consult with our medical practitioners. By booking a consultation, you represent and warrant that all personal and medical information provided (including your name, contact phone/WhatsApp number, age, and medical history) is accurate, truthful, and complete.

2. Nature of Clinical Tele-Consultation Services

Dr. Yogi's Health Care provides traditional Ayurvedic clinical assessments and tele-consultations conducted by qualified Ayurvedic physicians holding registered qualifications (such as B.A.M.S. and B.A.M.S. M.D. Ayurvedacharya).

• Audio/Phone Format: Online consultations are conducted exclusively over phone call or audio communication to protect your privacy. No video recordings or webcam broadcasts are utilized.
• Non-Emergency Care: Tele-consultation services are designed for chronic, functional, and general vitality health concerns. They are strictly not intended for acute clinical emergencies, severe cardiac distress, acute psychiatric crisis, or life-threatening conditions. In such events, please immediately contact your local hospital emergency services.
• Doctor-Patient Relationship: The clinical evaluation establishes an advisory medical relationship under applicable AYUSH telemedicine norms in India.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

Cancellations requested at least 12 hour prior to your scheduled time slot are eligible for a refund processed within 5 business days. For less than 12 hour time period, you will only be eligible for a free one time reschedule. Once a consultation has been conducted by the doctor, the fee is non-refundable. Patients who miss their call slot may avail of a one-time complimentary rescheduling subject to doctor availability. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Ayurvedic Formulations & Discreet Packaging

All herbal preparations, customized supplements, and classical Rasayanas are compounded in accordance with AYUSH manufacturing licenses. The name Dr. Yogi's Health Care, trade insignia, clinic seals, educational literature, proprietary formulations, and website content are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and Govt. of India Registered Trademark No. 3802636. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation is strictly prohibited.

By booking a consultation, accessing, or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian healthcare regulations.

9. Clinical Discretion

The consulting doctor reserves the right to request an in-person physical examination or decline tele-consultation if the condition requires direct physical assessment.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chandigarh, India.

11. Limitation of Liability

Medical guidance is provided based solely on the information, health history, and diagnostic reports provided by you. Dr Yogi's Healthcare and its medical team shall not be liable for misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, or adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld patient medical history. We are not liable for technical glitches, internet interruptions, or communication delays during virtual appointments.

12. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate, true, and complete personal and health details. You shall not record, broadcast, or distribute consultation sessions. Misbehavior, abusive language, impersonation, or illegal misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of the session and legal reporting if necessary.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal health data, consultation notes, and medical records are strictly confidential. Your information can be accessed by Dr Yogi’s Healthcare team and trusted third-party partners (e.g., website hosting, IT support, payment gateways) solely for operational, clinical, and business purposes. Your data is never disclosed, except when required by law.

14. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or block your account or access to services immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, or engage in abusive behavior toward healthcare providers.
